WORKSHOP REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

MATERIALS:  Unless otherwise noted, course fees don’t include materials. In the week preceding the workshop, registered participants will receive an email reminder and a materials list.  Workshop projects are planned with specific materials in mind. These are available at The Loop, and we offer a 20% discount on materials for classes. In the interest of achieving satisfactory results, we recommend that you use the materials specified by the instructor.

PREREQUISITES: Some classes require that you know specific skills or techniques before signing up. If you are unfamiliar with a skill required for a class you would like to take, please let us know. 

REGISTRATION: Advance registration and payment in full is required for all workshops. Registration may be completed by phone (using a credit card) or at the store. If the class you would like to take is full, you can add your name to a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, those on the waiting list will be contacted in the order in which they signed up.

WITHDRAWAL: Workshop fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you are registered, please notify us a minimum of 48 hours in advance and we will either register you for another workshop or provide you with store credit equivalent to the workshop fee. Later withdrawals and no-shows forfeit the registration fee.

CANCELLATION: In the event that a class must be cancelled, (due to inclement weather or low enrolment, for example), students may choose to register for a rescheduled session or for another class, or receive store credit or a full refund.

In order to ensure the best learning experience, we keep our class sizes small. This means that spaces sell out quickly. Advance registration and full payment are required in order to secure a space.  Please call or visit the store to register.
