Magazine Update!

There's great news for those of you who missed out on the Winter-Spring 2010 issue Knitscene. Our first shipment of this eagerly anticipated magazine sold out in a matter of days. (No surprise, considering Connie Chang Cinchio's Geodesic Cardigan, pictured above, is already in more than 1500 cues on Ravelry). We've just received a bonus shipment so hurry down and pick up your copy before they're gone for good!

We're also getting a jump on spring cleaning by marking down our inventory of back issues of Knitter's, Interweave Knits and Interweave Crochet, as well as selected pattern books from Berroco and Classic Elite. Knit a Hat - an introduction to circular knitting

One of our most popular workshops! Hats are a great introduction to the techniques required in larger projects such as sweaters. In this class you will learn how to knit on circular and double-pointed needles, and how to use decreases for shaping.

Prerequisites: Participants will need to know basic knitting skills - casting on, knit and purl stitches

Two sessions available,
4 hours total (This is a two-part workshop.)

Part 1: Sunday, March 14th, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Part 2: Sunday, March 21st, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Fee: $45 + HST
